What do Wind Chimes Represent? What are Their Benefits?

Depending on your outlook in life and spiritual beliefs, Wind Chimes can either be pleasant sounding background music, or a tool to bring good luck and positive energy and ward of negativity.
In parts of Asia, wind chimes and bells were used warn of coming diseases (it was thought disease was carried in the wind) and therefore became symbols of good luck. In other eastern cultures and Feng Shui, Sheng Chi energy can be attracted by wind chimes ("Chi" translates roughly as "air" which is perhaps where this connection comes from), and can even help bring money into your home.
If you believe in spiritual healing through sound waves, then many wind chimes are tuned specifically to tune into these frequencies.
Wind Chimes are also often used as a tool in meditation and yoga classes.
