How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for UK orders.
How long does delivery take?
We always aim to ship your order within 24 hours, on a 24 hour tracked service, so average delivery time is between 24-48 hours.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We are currently working on it. In the meantime there are some very good "Forwarding Companies" who can forward your order from a UK address to many places around the world. (e.g. AddressPal, Forward2me, Reship and many more - use of such services is at customer's own risk, and if a return is wished, customer is responsible for costs incurred.)
What do I do if a product is faulty?
If the product is damaged in any way, send it back, and we'll send you a complete refund, or a replacement, free of charge!
What do I do if I don't like the product?
If for any reason you don't like the product you receive, send it back and we will refund the purchase price.
What payment methods can I use to pay?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. You can also pay via bank transfer or cheque.
What do you do with my order details?
We do not store any credit card details, they are simply used to pay for your order. In fact, we never see your credit card details! They are securely transferred to the credit card processor. We store your contact details securely in a database for future reference but we do not pass these details on to any third parties!
Do you deliver to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey)?
Yes we do, and delivery is free. Just select "Jersey" or "Guernsey" as your shipping country when you checkout.
VAT can also be removed - please contact us after you have ordered.
We are a school who has not credit card. How can we pay?
Please select "pay by bank transfer / cheque" at checkout and we will send you payment details via email.
